When you invest in our service, you will be supplied with confidential waste sacks and lockable plastic seals for you to securely place your sensitive paperwork. Once you are ready for your documents to be collected, we will arrange a time based around you and your schedule – so long as a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is given.

Improving Your Data Destruction Policy

When a member of our team arrives to pick up your sacks, you will be issued with a security waste transfer note before your waste is taken for secure data destruction under witnessed supervision. Once all your unwanted paperwork has been successfully destroyed, we will send a data destruction certificate as confirmation of service completion.

At TDS Safeguard, we also offer an incineration service. We can destroy a wide variety of products from those with magnetic media, such as bank cards and CDs through to products that are past their shelf life, like cosmetics and cleaning consumables. We can even destroy a variety of fabrics on your behalf for items such as corporate clothing and advertising media, straight through to soft toys.
