Shredding Services

Through our innovative destruction and shredding facility, one of a limited number of its kind in the United Kingdom, TDS Safeguard can offer secure destruction services and shredding services for many industry sectors.

Bringing complete peace of mind that your waste will never reappear in any form, we offer finite destruction of unwanted waste and past shelf life products including beer, wine, soft drinks, tetra packs, canned goods, glass, plastic bottles, milk and juices. We can ensure that your waste is carefully and securely disposed of, and that material has lost its identity. A certificate of destruction is issued to protect your products, your reputation and your integrity.

Confidential Shredding

We offer very secure shredding services for the destruction of confidential data, providing sacks and lockable seals free of charge. Following shredding, a data destruction certificate will be provided, confirming the destruction of your goods.

Full security sacks will be collected as required but at least 48 hours notice must be given. A security receipt will be issued on collection. All secure data is transported in enclosed vehicles under the supervision of our staff. It is delivered to our shredding operation where it undergoes witnessed destruction.

For larger amounts such as boxed archive material, which you may prefer not to transfer into sacks, destruction will be charged by the tonne.

Confidential Incineration

This system is the same as that for shredding, except that all data undergoes witnessed incineration. This service is especially useful for items such as cheques and vouchers. A separate service is available for the incineration of bank cards, computer tapes, diskettes, CD's, microfilm and computer hardware.
